Tal Doron

Tal Doron is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Guardz since October 2024. Tal has been a Co Organizer at CodeCraft IL since January 2021, collaborating with Itzik Saban to promote software craftsmanship. Previously, Tal held significant roles at Check Point Software as a Software Team Leader following the acquisition of Perimeter81 and as an R&D Team Leader at Convizit, where responsibilities included leading a team of full-stack engineers and enhancing product quality through innovative tracking algorithms and Agile practices. Tal's earlier experiences include a Principal Software Engineer role and Technical Coach at NICE Ltd, where influence on coding excellence and Agile methodologies was established across global R&D teams, and dual roles as a Senior Software Engineer. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
