Nicolás Maestre Santos-Suárez

Nicolás Maestre Santos-suárez has a diverse work experience. Nicolás started their career at PwC as an Auditor, where they worked on various audit projects and led teams for clients in different sectors. Nicolás then transitioned to Transaction Services and Business Recovery Services roles at PwC. Following their time at PwC, they joined EY as a Restructuring professional, where they worked on refinancing an imobiliária company and provided financial advice for the acquisition of a hospitality company. Nicolás also had a business trip to EY Milan where they developed long-term strategies and business plans for a large logistics center. Later, they became a Director at Alvarez & Marsal, specializing in restructuring. Currently, they hold leadership positions at Mutares SE & Co. KGaA and Guascor Energy, serving as a Director and CEO respectively.

Nicolás Maestre Santos-suárez completed a bachelor's degree in economics from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from 2004 to 2008.
