Shakir Azimli

Shakir Azimli is a software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and deployment within the fintech sector. Since March 2021, Shakir has been contributing to Guavapay Limited, focusing on developing backend and RESTful services for a digital banking squad, as well as managing feature development, bug fixes, unit, and integration testing, along with service deployment in a Kubernetes environment. Prior experience includes roles at the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund and Developer Express, Inc., with an early position as a developer at Proton MMC. Shakir holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute," completed in 2020, and graduated high school at Secondary School No 98 in 2006.
