Lisbeth Elster

Lisbeth Elster is a Principal Scientist at Gubra, specializing in early drug discovery with a focus on metabolic diseases. With a PhD in Neuroscience, Lisbeth has extensive experience in in vitro research and has held significant roles in several pharmaceutical companies, including senior positions at H. Lundbeck and Zealand Pharma A/S. Over the years, Lisbeth has developed expertise in biochemical and cell-based assays targeting G-protein coupled receptors, as well as optimizing automated pipetting platforms. Lisbeth is also known for strong people management and project leadership skills, having successfully overseen numerous drug development projects and collaborations.
