Eric David

Executive Chef/ General Manager

Eric David is currently the Executive Chef and General Manager at Guckenheimer, a role they have held since 2015. Previously, Eric served as Banquet Chef at The Peninsula Chicago from 2011 to 2015 and as a Line Cook at W Hotels from 2006 to 2007. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Loyola University of Chicago and is pursuing further education at the same institution. They also earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Culinary Science from Kendall College in 2005.
