Eric David is currently the Executive Chef and General Manager at Guckenheimer, a role they have held since 2015. Previously, Eric served as Banquet Chef at The Peninsula Chicago from 2011 to 2015 and as a Line Cook at W Hotels from 2006 to 2007.
