Jared Sanders

Jared Sanders, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at Guercio & Guercio, LLP, with experience in representing school districts in areas including personal injury, bankruptcy, and construction, complemented by legal research and memoranda drafting. Previously, Jared served as a Senior Research Editor for Touro Law Review and gained practical experience as a Clinical Intern advising clients on landlord-tenant matters and estate planning. A judicial extern for the Honorable Joseph F. Bianco, Jared conducted extensive legal research for the U.S. Courts of Appeals. Earlier legal internships included assisting in matrimonial and personal injury litigation, along with roles in digital marketing and instructional support, reflecting a diverse skill set. Jared holds a JD from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and a BS in Marketing from Stony Brook University.
