Shweta Sharma

Shweta Sharma has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Shweta started their career in 2002 as a Production Assistant at Orient Craft Limited, where they handled accounts for various brands and was involved in product development and sourcing. Shweta then worked at Li & Fung Limited as an Assistant Production & PD Manager, managing development and production for clients such as Cato Corporation and Kohl's. Shweta Sharma joined Gap Inc. in 2006 as an Associate Product Development and Sourcing Manager, responsible for managing production and product development for GAP Kids, Boys, and Toddler division. Shweta also played a key role in the execution of orders for the new London office. In 2008, Shweta Sharma joined GUESS?, Inc. as a Production Manager, where they managed sourcing and production for woven and outerwear and collaborated with teams in Asia and Europe. Shweta then worked at Christopher and Banks as a Product Development & Sourcing Manager before rejoining GUESS?, Inc. in 2016 as a Senior Product Development Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director - Global Sourcing and Product Development at GUESS?, Inc. Shweta Sharma has demonstrated their expertise in various aspects of sourcing, product development, and production throughout their career.

Shweta Sharma obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology between 1999 and 2002.
