Filipe Tappenbeck Machaz has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Filipe started their career at B. Braun in 1996 as a Division Manager until 2000. Filipe then worked at Expand Networks as a System Developer from 2002 to 2005. Following that, Filipe joined Corvil Networks as a Product Manager for Usability for a year. In 2006, they co-founded and became the VP of North America at Guestcentric Systems. Overall, Filipe has demonstrated proficiency in various positions and shows a strong entrepreneurial spirit with their co-founding role.
Filipe Tappenbeck Machaz began their education at Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from 1990 to 1995. After completing their undergraduate studies, they went on to further enhance their knowledge and skills in the field of computer science. Filipe enrolled in UC San Diego in 2000 for a degree in web development, which they successfully completed in 2001. Subsequently, they joined New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering for a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from 2001 to 2003.
