Akshana Perera

Akshana Perera started their work experience as a Finance Intern at MAS Intimates in 2015. In 2019, they worked as an Assistant Finance Officer at Alinea International until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they served as a Commercial Finance Executive at BAT's Ceylon Tobacco Company PLC. Currently, they are working as an Assistant Management Accountant at GuestReady Group, starting in September 2022. Akshana also gained experience through a virtual internship as a UK Finance and Professional Services Intern at Bright Network in 2020.

Akshana Perera started their education at Visakha Vidyalaya in 2001 and completed their studies there in 2014. In 2015, they enrolled in the University of London and graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance. In 2016, while still attending the University of London, Akshana also began studying at the University of Colombo. Akshana completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business from the University of Colombo in 2019. In 2019, Akshana also pursued further education by becoming an affiliate of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA). The specific field of study for their ACCA degree is not mentioned. In 2014, they also obtained a Diploma in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
