João Osório Vassalo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. João began their career as a Trainee at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts in 2012. Following this, they worked as a Sales Associate at ActivoBank from July 2013 to May 2016. João then joined Pestana Hotel Group as a Sales Executive from September 2016 to September 2018.

In 2018, João moved to LINC Apartments as a Business Development Manager, where they remained until March 2019. João then joined GuestReady Group, initially as a Business Development Manager in Lisbon from April 2019 to August 2020. João later transitioned to the role of Head of Sales and Business Development for Portugal in August 2020 and expanded their responsibilities to include Spain as well in May 2022.
