Turki K. AlShlail

Turki K. AlShlail has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2019, they worked as an Internship Trainee at the Public Investment Fund (PIF). In 2020, they transitioned to being an Architect at MACC (Modern Architecture Contracting Company), where they were involved in special projects until 2021.

In 2018, Turki worked as a Consultant at aurisage for two years, contributing their expertise in the field. Subsequently, in 2021, they joined Olaat Development Group Ltd. as a Business Analyst in Portfolio Management.

Their most recent role began in 2021 at GuestReady Group, where they co-founded a specialized international property technology company (JV). As the VP and Business Development Manager, Turki led the deals and business development team to achieve their targets.

Currently, Turki is working at ARRIYADH DEVELOPMENT COMPANY as a Portfolio Manager in the Investment Department, starting from June 2022.

Turki K. AlShlail holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from King Saud University. In addition, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career, including a Certified Real Estate Broker certificate from the Real Estate General Authority, an Off plan sales/lease certificate from the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, a Professional Member designation from the Saudi Planners Association, a Certifed Real Estate Financial Modeler (CREFM) certification from the International Academy of Business and Financial Management, a PMP® Certification Training Course from PM-Tricks, a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Training Course from بكه للتعليم, a Key Performance And Indicators KPI's Course from GMC, and a Strategic And Planning Skills Course from GMCSA. Turki is also a Certified Architect accredited by the Saudi Council of Engineers.
