Sue Hinchcliffe-Ward has over 20 years of experience in technical support and operations management within the technology and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Support Incidents and Product Manager and Global Network Integrity Manager at GuestTek Interactive Entertainment Ltd. since July 2015, Sue previously held roles as Global Operations Analyst and Technical Support Coordinator at iBAHN from February 2010 to February 2015. Prior to that, Sue was Deputy Support Manager and Senior Support Interface Specialist at SoftBrands from March 2002 to February 2010. Sue is an alumnus of Ongar College, having attended from 1981 to 1986.
