Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Guesty

Hila Polka has a wealth of experience in customer success and project management. Hila began their career in 2011 as a Coordinator for the Ministry of Education in Israel. In 2012, they took on an Intern role at The Second Authority for Television and Radio, as well as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as a Client Project Manager for eTeacher Group, where they managed a team of 40+ employees and provided online services to end customers. In 2020, they became a Systems Implementer and Customer Success Manager at entrypoint, where they were certified as a Monday.com CSM and implemented Monday.com in more than 40 accounts. Hila currently works as a Customer Success Manager at Guesty, where they manage and maintains close relationships with large and global organizations and serves as a trusted advisor to customers.

Hila Polka attended The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies and International Relations. Hila then returned to The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2013 and graduated with a Master's Degree in Communication and Media Studies in 2015.
