Humberto Rinaldi

Humberto Rinaldi has over 20 years of work experience in the hospitality industry. Humberto began their career in 2001 as a Front Desk Receptionist for Transamerica Hotels. Humberto then moved on to FASANO as a Front Desk Receptionist in 2004. In 2007, they worked as a Front Office Receptionist for Hotel Hassler Roma and as a Guest Services Coordinator for The Gleneagles Hotel. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Guest Services Manager and Coordinator for Hotel Unique. In 2012, they became a Marketing Coordinator for Shopping Vila Olímpia. In 2014, they worked as a Marketing Supervisor for Iguatemi Empresa de Shopping Centers, where they were responsible for Customer Service, Loyalty Program and follow up Marketing campaigns. In 2015, they became a Property Manager for Humberto Rinaldi SRL. In 2020, they became a Key Account Manager for Your.Rentals. Humberto currently works as an Account Executive for Guesty.

Humberto Rinaldi received a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi between 2000 and 2005. Humberto then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration - MBA from BSP - Business School São Paulo between 2012 and 2014, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
