Mikala Marquis

Mikala Marquis is an experienced Sales Operations professional currently serving as the Sales Ops Manager at Guesty since December 2023. Previously, Mikala held various roles at Brandwatch, including Sales Operations Analyst, where responsibilities included spearheading a company acquisition and launching a project management tool, as well as training leadership and operations teams. Prior experience at Paladin Software involved managing customer relationships, enhancing onboarding processes, and leading company-wide webinars. Earlier roles included serving as a Server at Cheeseburger Restaurants, where exceptional customer service led to a leadership position in training new employees, and as Youth Exchange Chair for Rotary International, which focused on candidate evaluation and training for the Long Term Youth Exchange Program.
