Pablo Tejada is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in managing engineering teams and technology services within the financial sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners since June 2012, Pablo leads multiple engineering teams focused on end user compute, including Desktop Engineering, Citrix Engineering, Application Services, and Mobility. Prior to this role, Pablo held the title of Vice President at J.P. Morgan from 2008 to June 2012, where responsibilities included managing a global team of desktop subject matter experts and overseeing incident and problem management for 45,000 workstations. Earlier in Pablo's career, experience includes serving as Managing Director at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc, managing technology services for the Investment Bank and setting software and hardware standards. Pablo began professional development in PC support at Morse Diesel Intl / AMEC and holds a degree from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering, complemented by a foundational education at Brooklyn Technical High School.
