Shiv Taylor

Shiv Taylor, MD, currently serves as the Senior Managing Director of Healthcare Investment Banking at Guggenheim Partners, a position held since May 2014. Previously, Shiv Taylor held the role of Vice President in Healthcare Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank from 2010 to 2014 and served as Vice President at Plainfield Asset Management from 2007 to 2010. Early in the career, Shiv Taylor was a Harvard Clinical Fellow in Surgery and Resident Instructor in Surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in 2006-2007, following an associate position at Sapphire Capital Management in 2006. Shiv Taylor's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Washington University in St. Louis, a Doctor of Medicine from The University of Connecticut School of Medicine, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
