Baros Balint has extensive experience in engineering and management within the automotive and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as a Key-Account Manager and Application Engineer at Guhring, Inc. since March 2021, Baros specializes in tool technology, project management for machining improvements, and internal collaboration across departments. Previously, Baros held the position of Section Leader and Production Engineer at DENSO, leading a team of engineers and overseeing technical aspects of common rail and pump systems. Baros also has experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Emerson, where responsibilities included supervising QA technicians and leading product audits. Baros began a career in CNC machining at Brooks Instrument as a CNC setter. Baros holds a Master's degree in Cutting and CNC Cutting Technologies and has multiple engineering degrees focused on quality and machining processes.
