Jon Dobner

Jon Dobner, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources spanning over two decades. Jon currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at Guhring, Inc. which they assumed in April 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Human Resources at the same company from February 2019 to April 2021, and as the Human Resources Manager from July 2012 to February 2019.

Before joining Guhring, Inc., Jon worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Konecranes from April 2006 to July 2012. Jon also gained experience as an Employee Relations Representative at Cooper Power Systems from November 2005 to April 2006. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Morris Material Handling from September 1999 to November 2005.
