Riffat is currently serving as the Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer at Guidance Residential, where they lead the marketing strategy and organization to attract a national customer base for the company's unique home financing solutions. Prior to this, Riffat held the position of Vice President Marketing at the same company, focusing on digital marketing initiatives and online lead generation. Riffat also served as the Marketing Director, where they established and directed the revamped Marketing Department, increasing brand awareness across 33 states. Riffat has also worked as an Editor & Graphic Designer at Franklin Glen Gazette, a Marketing & Social Media Manager at Anytime Fitness, a Realtor and Senior Buyer Specialist at Long & Foster Companies, a Principal Graphic Designer at LandDesign, and a Graphic Designer at Edelman. Riffat holds an MBA and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Riffat is an Executive Member of the International LEAP Network.
Riffat Lakhani holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art & Visual Technology from George Mason University. Additionally, Riffat has obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. In terms of certifications, Riffat is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute, and has also obtained certifications in digital marketing and Google Ads from various institutions such as LinkedIn and Smart Marketer.
