Joe Santini

Joe Santini has a strong background in software engineering, with experience in various roles at different companies. Joe currently holds the position of Lead Software Engineer at Guidance since April 2021. Previously, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at ThinkLogic from December 2015 to April 2021. In this role, they were responsible for creating web and cloud solutions for clients such as WGA West, Warner Pacific Insurance, and Stretto Legal Services. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Cognistix from January 2011 to December 2015. Here, they supported various areas of business for the retail merchandising department of Advantage Solutions, focusing on mobile and web applications, background processes, and payroll. Throughout their career, Joe has contributed to improving data collection processes, employee scheduling, and reporting for upper management.

Joe Santini received a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from Cal Poly Humboldt, where they studied from 2006 to 2009.
