Crystal Calvo

Crystal Calvo has extensive experience in financial services and client operations, currently serving as the Director of 401k Administration Services at Guidant Financial since August 2009. In this role, Crystal has advanced through various positions, including Senior Client Operations Manager and Plan Administration Manager. Prior to Guidant Financial, Crystal worked at Washington Mutual, a division of JP Morgan Chase Bank, from March 2006 to June 2009 as a Legal Support Specialist I, where responsibilities included interpreting and responding to subpoenas. Crystal's career began at Washington Mutual Bank from May 2003 to March 2006, holding roles such as Processing Rep, Sr and Loan Servicing Specialist I, focusing on consumer loans and customer inquiries. Crystal holds a BS in Oceanography from the University of Washington and has completed additional education through NACVA.
