Jodie Smith

Jodie Smith has over 20 years of work experience in the MSP (Managed Service Program) industry. Jodie started their career as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems, where they identified and hired qualified IT consultants for various industries. Jodie then moved on to become a Sr. Account Executive at TEKsystems, where they successfully placed contract and permanent candidates.

In 2011, Jodie joined Volt Workforce Solutions as a National MSP Program Manager, where they focused on program development, process improvement, and customer satisfaction for the US Airways account. Jodie established strong business relationships with key stakeholders and implemented program workflow documents for newly acquired business lines. Jodie also managed vendor relationships, ensured contract and legal compliance, and provided change management for process/policy changes.

Since 2013, Jodie has been working at Guidant Global as an MSP Program Director. In this role, they have been responsible for implementing and managing a large-scale IT MSP Program for CommonSpirit Health (previously Dignity Health), the largest not-for-profit healthcare organization in the US. Jodie has managed the engagement and payment of several hundred healthcare IT contingent and project workers, while also overseeing operations, supplier management, and training. Jodie has focused on standardization of policies and procedures, process improvement, and supporting key strategic initiatives.

Jodie Smith attended the University of Arizona from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a degree in Communications.
