Nat Jackson

Nat Jackson is currently the Sales Director at Guidant Global, where they focus on enterprise sales in managed services and recruitment outsourcing across the UK and Europe. Previously, Nat served as a Business Analyst and later as an Operational Excellence Consultant at Impellam Group, where they specialized in business process improvements and customer experience analytics. Nat also held the role of Customer Strategy Director, collaborating with major global clients to develop and implement workforce strategies. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics and Philosophy from Cardiff University in 2017.
