Milagros Figueroa-Tetuan, MBA, is a seasoned project manager currently employed at Guidant Measurement since April 2024. Previously, Milagros spent over 15 years at T-Mobile, serving in various technical roles, including Sr Engineer - Systems Design, where project leadership for site decommissioning and comprehensive project management was demonstrated. As Sr Bilingual Technical Project Manager for International Network Services, Milagros successfully directed complex fiber projects in Latin America and the Caribbean, consistently exceeding performance targets. Educational credentials include an MBA in Management and International Business and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Kansas, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
