Kathryn Samuels

Kathryn Samuels, MSW, currently serves as a Guide Dog Mobility Instructor Apprentice at the Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind, where responsibilities include training guide dogs and instructing clients, while completing a structured training program. Previously, Kathryn held the position of Hotline Coordinator at Georgia Cares, managing a statewide hotline and overseeing operator training. Additional experience includes advocacy roles at Project Safe, Inc., where support was provided to survivors of domestic violence, and at THE COTTAGE SEXUAL ASSAULT CENTER & CHILDREN'S ADVOCACY CENTER INC. Kathryn's early career involved internships focused on behavioral health and customer service, complemented by degrees in Social Work and Psychology from the University of Georgia.
