Prior roles include Breeding Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing the breeding program and volunteer initiatives, and Master Guide Dog Mobility Instructor, focusing on the training and assessment of guide dogs for individuals with visual impairments. Jenna's career commenced at State Farm Insurance as an Auto Claims Adjustor from 1993 to 1997. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University, earned in 1992.

Established in 1942, GDB is the largest Guide Dog school in North America and continues its dedication to quality student training services and extensive follow-up support for graduates. Our programs are made possible through the teamwork of staff, volunteers and generous donors. GDB receives no government funds. Services are provided to students from the United States and Canada at no cost to them. GDB is headquartered in San Rafael, California, with a second campus in Boring, Oregon. More than 12,500 teams have graduated from our program, and there are approximately 2,200 active teams in the field currently.
