Guide Dogs for the Blind
Jillian Fish is an accomplished professional in donor relations and philanthropic engagement, currently serving as a Philanthropic Gifts Officer at Guide Dogs for the Blind since September 2019, with prior roles including Manager of Donor Relations and Development Operations and Donor Relations Officer. Previously, Jillian held several positions at the University of San Francisco from November 2013 to September 2019, culminating in the role of Associate Director of Alumni and Donor Engagement, along with experience as Assistant Director and Program Assistant in Alumni Engagement. Jillian's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Organization Development obtained from the University of San Francisco between 2014 and 2016, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies received from the same institution from 2003 to 2007.
Guide Dogs for the Blind
Established in 1942, GDB is the largest Guide Dog school in North America and continues its dedication to quality student training services and extensive follow-up support for graduates. Our programs are made possible through the teamwork of staff, volunteers and generous donors. GDB receives no government funds. Services are provided to students from the United States and Canada at no cost to them. GDB is headquartered in San Rafael, California, with a second campus in Boring, Oregon. More than 12,500 teams have graduated from our program, and there are approximately 2,200 active teams in the field currently.
