Rachel Downey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business guidance, strategic consultancy, and design. Currently serving as a Certified EOS Implementer® at EOS Worldwide and as a Business Guide for Wayward Entrepreneurs, Rachel specializes in helping entrepreneurial leaders and small business owners achieve clarity and alignment in their ventures. As the founder and former president of Guide Studio, Inc., a strategic consultancy focusing on branding and wayfinding, Rachel has established a collaborative culture dedicated to enhancing people’s experiences with places. Additionally, Rachel's background includes roles as President of PlaceHolder LLC and Designer at STERIS Corporation, alongside early experience in environmental graphic design. Rachel holds a BFA in Visual Communication Design from Kent State University and has pursued further education at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
