Karen C. Nanji, MD, MPH

Karen C. Nanji, MD, MPH has a diverse work experience. Karen C. started their career as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company in 2001. Karen C. then pursued their medical career and worked as a Resident Physician at the University of Toronto from 2006 to 2009, followed by a role as a Resident Physician at Massachusetts General Hospital from 2009 to 2012. In 2014, they became an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School. Additionally, they took on leadership roles, including Chair of the Perioperative Medication Safety Task Force for the WFSA (World Federation of Societies of Anaesthesiologists) starting in 2018. Most recently, Karen co-founded Guided Clinical Solutions in 2022.

Karen C. Nanji, MD, MPH completed their education in a sequential manner. Karen C. first pursued their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Engineering from the University of Toronto, which they successfully obtained between 1997 and 2001. Later on, from 2002 to 2006, they attended the University of Toronto once again and earned their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree. Following this, they pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Health Policy and Management from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, attaining it between 2008 and 2009.
