Damé Medarski

Damé Medarski is the current Director of Digital Media at Guided Solutions. Damé has over 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital media. Prior to their current position, they were the Digital Marketing Manager at Guided Solutions, where they oversaw the full rebrand of the business and managed the redevelopment of the website, including design, UX and development. Damé also led the implementation of new marketing automation software and the project management of the implementation of new CRM system for the business and the upgrade to cloud based services. In their previous position as Head of Marketing Communications at Guided Solutions, they created social media campaigns that grew to 20K+ followers in less than 3 months and conducted multi-platform promotional activities and arranged industry events' participation. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing Executive at One to One Marketing and as a Marketing Assistant at Straight Wharf Restaurant.

Damé Medarski has a MSc in International Management and Marketing from The University of Sheffield and a BA in Business Administration from American University in Bulgaria.
