Kristien Esser

Kristien Esser has worked as the Chief Executive Officer at GS Capital Connect since May 2022. Prior to this, they were the CEO - International Executive Search at Guided Solutions.co.uk since April 2000. Kristien specialized in the identification of senior executives for early-stage MedTech businesses and worked closely with owners, board members, VCs, and CEOs in the medical device industry. Guided Solutions is a global executive search and selection partner to the medical device industry.

Kristien Esser attended Leeds Beckett University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a BA hons degree in Consumer Services Management.
