Andrew F. possesses a robust background in public service and policy coordination. Experience includes roles at the U.S. Department of Transportation in the Office of the Secretary, and the National Security Council at The White House, where support was provided for policy coordination within the Office of the Homeland Security and Counterterrorism Advisor, as well as the Office of Legal Affairs and Cybersecurity Directorate. Andrew also served as Briefing Book Coordinator and Advisor to the Executive Secretary at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Currently, Andrew holds the position of Senior Consultant in the Defense & Security Segment at Guidehouse, starting in March 2023. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from College of Charleston and a Master of Arts in International Security from the University of Denver's Josef Korbel School of International Studies.
