Anusha Kemburu

Anusha Kemburu is a State and Local Government Consultant at Guidehouse since July 2022, specializing in project management, process improvement, policy and program analysis, and stakeholder engagement for government agencies. Previously, Kemburu served as an Economic Security Intern at the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, where responsibilities included analyzing RFI responses for a Maternal and Infant Health Innovation Center and supporting a $24 million restaurant support program. Earlier experience encompasses roles such as an Undergraduate Intern at the New Jersey Office of the Secretary of Higher Education, where Kemburu contributed to strategies that enhance postsecondary education outcomes, and a Research Assistant at the Aresty Research Center for Undergraduates, focusing on diversity in gubernatorial candidates. Additional positions include leading a campaign for Tom Malinowski for Congress, interning at the League of Women Voters of New Jersey and the U.S. House of Representatives, and teaching assistance at JEI Self-Learning Systems. Kemburu holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
