Chad Mandala

Chad Mandala, Ph.D., currently serves as a Managing Consultant at Guidehouse, providing strategic solutions to state agency clients since July 2023. Previously, Chad held leadership roles at Micron Technology, overseeing the PRIDE+Allies ERG and advancing diversity initiatives, as well as serving as a University Recruiter/Foundation Liaison to enhance racial and gender diversity in hiring. As the Director of the Pride Center at the University of Georgia, Chad focused on recruitment and retention for diverse populations and managed multiple diversity learning programs. Other notable experiences include directorship positions at Texas A&M University and Virginia Tech, where Chad developed educational programs and fostered community partnerships. Chad earned a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Georgia and holds a Master’s degree from Florida State University and a Bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara.
