Christina Young

Christina Young is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in mental health, consulting, and operations management. Christina began a career as a Front of House Manager and Server at Breadmen's Restaurant and later served as a Residential Counselor at Eliada Homes. After earning a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Asheville, Christina worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Virginia and the University of North Carolina at Asheville. Christina progressed into roles in mental health as a Mental Health Specialist at McLean Hospital and as a Case Manager at Thresholds. Subsequently, Christina held various consulting positions at Guidehouse, culminating in a Managing Consultant role. Christina also contributed as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Questrom School of Business and as a Creative Strategist for the Impact Measurement and Allocation Program at Boston University, where Christina earned an MBA.
