Hunter M. Richard

Hunter M. Richard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in state and local government consulting. Currently serving as Director at Guidehouse since October 2018, Hunter oversees a team of 55 staff and manages accounts focused on transportation, economic development, and IT transformation in Massachusetts and Vermont. Previously, Hunter played a pivotal role in designing a federal funding program for over 60 agencies during the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier experiences include a managerial position at Guidehouse, a senior business development role at the Massachusetts Office of International Trade and Investment, and teaching English in China as part of the Princeton in Asia fellowship. Hunter holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an A.B. in Government and East Asian Studies from Harvard University.
