Keith Allen

Keith Allen, PhD, is a seasoned professional in data science and artificial intelligence, currently serving as Technical Lead at Guidehouse since July 2025. With extensive experience as a Senior Data Scientist at PeopleTec, Inc. from 2021 to July 2025, Keith led AI strategy and developed cloud-based data systems. Prior roles include contributions at Guidehouse, Bevilacqua Research Corporation, and a lengthy tenure as a Senior Flight Test Officer at the US Army Yuma Proving Ground, where Keith managed numerous projects in aerospace and flight testing. Keith holds a PhD in Data Science from Northcentral University and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Arizona, as well as a Bachelor’s in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute.
