Leanne Horning

Leanne Horning is currently the Associate Director at Guidehouse, where they leverage a passion for technology strategy and implementation to help state and local governments enhance their services. With a background as a Technology Consultant, they have extensive experience in large-scale system implementations within the Public Sector and Financial Services industry. Previously, Leanne served as a Senior Consultant and Managing Consultant at Guidehouse, and held roles at Deloitte and Inspire11, where they demonstrated expertise in project management and vendor management. Leanne earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology Management from the University of Notre Dame, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business.
