Matthew Santos

Matthew Santos has over a decade of experience in management consulting, congressional affairs, public policy, communications, and project management, primarily focused on the healthcare industry for veterans and service members. Previously, they served as a Damage Control Specialist in the US Navy and held various roles, including Legislative Affairs Specialist and Congressional Relations Officer for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Currently, they are the Associate Director at Guidehouse, where they also operate in a Chief of Staff capacity for a large healthcare planning project aimed at improving VA’s infrastructure. Additionally, Matthew serves as an Adjunct Professor at American University. They hold a Master's degree in Public Policy from George Mason University.
