Nichole Ederer, MBA, PMP, is a Transformation Program Manager with over 15 years of experience in leading change management initiatives. They began their career as a Middle School Math Teacher before transitioning into consulting roles at firms such as Grant Thornton LLP and Guidehouse, where they have successfully directed business process improvements and organizational assessments. Nichole has facilitated major projects and presented strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency across various sectors. Currently, they serve as an Associate Director at Guidehouse and also facilitate Project Management courses at eCornell.
