Peter Terrill

Peter Terrill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in defense and technology sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director/Program Manager at Guidehouse since December 2025, Terrill leads initiatives for various offices at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Previously, Terrill was a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, where leadership focused on strategic pricing for defense accounts. With a solid foundation developed over years at Booz Allen Hamilton encompassing roles in business development, program management, and intelligence analysis, Terrill also served as Director of Capture and Proposals for Invictus International Consulting. Earlier experience includes serving as a Technical Advisor at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, providing critical insight on nuclear weapons programs. Educational credentials include degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and Stanford University, alongside additional certifications in Legislative Studies and Applied Intelligence.
