Ray Hawat

Ray Hawat, Ph.D., currently serves as a Partner at Guidehouse since June 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Managing Director at Accenture, overseeing the Public Service sector for the State of Florida from August 2018 to June 2025. During tenure at Accenture, Ray led the Accenture Microsoft Business Group for Public Service, Industry X, and Health, and was involved in various leadership positions focusing on product development and customer success. Previous roles include Curator of Products at Pillar Technology, Director at Autodesk with a focus on Customer Success Operations and Professional Services, and an academic role as an Instructor at the University of South Florida. Ray holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Computer Engineering, along with two Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Computer Engineering, all from the University of South Florida.
