Steve Arvin

Steve Arvin is an experienced professional in human capital management, currently serving as an Associate Director in the Human Capital PMO and Payroll Project Manager at Guidehouse since September 2021. Previously, Steve worked at Hanger, Inc. as an HRIS Manager and HRIS Analyst III from September 2017 to September 2021. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Old National Bank from January 2008 to September 2017 included roles such as Compensation Administrator (AVP), Project Manager, HRIS Administrator, and Human Resources Specialist. Additionally, Steve served as the Web Chairperson at EHRA from 2013 to 2015. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from the University of Southern Indiana, earned between 2003 and 2007.
