Tal Aviv

Tal Aviv is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational design, process improvement, and program management. Currently serving as Associate Director at Guidehouse since October 2022, Tal previously held similar leadership roles at Grant Thornton LLP from August 2014 to October 2022, where Tal managed collaborative initiatives to streamline import processes. At Booz Allen Hamilton, from June 2010 to August 2014, Tal contributed to financial analysis and business process standardization for the Navy, enhancing audit readiness. Tal's earlier roles included Director of Operations at Mr. Nature and Engineer/Analyst at the Naval Surface Warfare Center. Tal holds an MBA in International Business from The George Washington University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from UC Irvine.
