Ward McKonly

Ward McKonly is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software engineering and project leadership. Currently serving as Associate Principal Engineer at Guidehouse since February 2022, McKonly is involved in the FEMA UCORT Project, focusing on modernizing software to a cloud-based microservice solution. Previous roles include serving as Technical Lead for the Wildland Fire Decision Support System project at Ace Info Solutions LLC, as well as notable positions in software development and engineering at companies such as Xpanxion, CA Technologies, and Greystone Technology Group, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems and a Master of Science in Human Dimension in Natural Resources, both obtained from Colorado State University, along with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies.
