Yianni Douros

Yianni Douros is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and management consulting. Currently serving as Partner and Strategy Lead for Commercial Healthcare at Guidehouse since December 2024, Yianni plays a key role in the Healthcare Payer/Provider business. Previously, Yianni held the position of Managing Director within the North America Strategy practice at Accenture from January 2011 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading teams to address complex strategic, financial, and operational challenges for top healthcare organizations. Additionally, Yianni co-founded the International Languages & Management Institute in Rwanda from January 2009 to January 2010, aimed at advancing management training for business executives and government officials as part of the country’s economic development plans. Yianni earned a B.S. in Business Management with a focus on Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship from Babson College and has further education from Esade.
