Nabil Hoteit is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and technical support. Currently serving as a Cyber Security Specialist and previously as a Senior IT Helpdesk Technician at GuideIT since March 2020, Nabil has also contributed as a Sr. IT Helpdesk Technician at Elara Caring and in various desktop support roles at organizations such as the City of Carrollton and Cardtronics. With a strong foundation built during a long tenure at Arab Bank as a Senior Infrastructure Specialist, Nabil holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Information Technology from The Open University and Arab Open University - Lebanon, both earned between 2002 and 2007.
