Ben Hayon

Ben Hayon currently serves as the SVP of Telehealth & Intake at Guidelight since April 2025. Prior to this role, Ben held the position of Head of Provider Operations at Optum Behavioral Care following the acquisition of AbleTo in February 2024. Ben's extensive experience at AbleTo Inc. included roles as Sr. Director of Coaching Operations, Sr. Director of Business Insights, and Director of Business Insights from February 2020 to February 2024. Ben co-founded Athos Health in February 2016, focusing on reducing healthcare costs for self-insured employers through advocacy, data analytics, and negotiation. Earlier in the career, Ben worked at Deloitte Consulting, serving as a Consultant/Product Manager and Business Analyst from August 2012 to February 2016. Academic credentials include a Master's in Accounting, a BA in Economics, and a BS in Accounting, all from Wake Forest University.
