Mindy Dorr Lanzo

Mindy Dorr Lanzo, LICSW, currently serves as the Executive Director of Guidelight since April 2025. Prior to this role, Mindy was the Behavioral Health, Clinical Provider Engagement Director at Commonwealth Care Alliance from March 2020 to April 2025. Mindy's extensive experience in the mental health field includes various positions at Beacon Health Options, where responsibilities ranged from Provider Quality Manager to Outpatient Utilization Review Clinician and Team Lead. At Riverside Community Care, Mindy advanced through roles such as Senior Intensive Care Coordinator, Intensive Care Coordinator Supervisor, and Intensive Care Coordinator. Mindy's career began at MAPS as an Adoption Coordinator. Educationally, Mindy holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Children and Families from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from Fort Lewis College.
